Chevrolet Teams Up with OK Go for Super Bowl Ads

It doesn't really matter what team you're rooting for on Super Bowl Sunday, because when it's time for a commercial break, everybody's on the same team. As of 2009, a 30-second spot during the Super Bowl ad cost nearly $300,000, and had the potential of reaching an audience of about 90 million people. These factors alone mean that (even if your team is losing), you'll be treated to a laugh or a heart-warming chuckle in the very least. And of course, you can't expect major automakers like Chevy not to participate.

So this…

Post a Virtual Tree Today. Chevy Will Plant a Live One.

Hurricane Chevrolet, located at 200 Saturn Way Hurricane, WV 25526 has a riddle for you: How do you plant a tree without digging some soil and getting a little grubby? The answer: When you plant one virtually. And that's exactly what American Automaker Chevrolet is asking drivers in Hurricane and elsewhere in the world to do.

Like the social-media game FarmVille (still the rage among many Facebook users), Chevy's tree planting, or should we say posting, initiative allows participants to plant vegetation...specifically,  trees. Unlike FarmVille, the endeavor transforms all virtual trees into real trees.

No, we're…

New Chevy Caprice Hits the Beat

The new Caprice from Chevrolet is joining the ranks of the men and women in blue. Now, you might think it difficult for anything new to get into the inner circle of cops. Chevy, however, is confident the new Caprice PPV has exactly what it takes.

Our sureness stems from the fact that the 2012 Chevrolet Caprice PPV has been designed from the inside, out to cater exclusively to cops, and help make their inarguably difficult jobs a little bit easier... and a lot more comfortable.

Perhaps the biggest difference between the new Caprice and its rival PPVs is size…

Wanting to pique our interest even more, they've also been alluding to the ZL1's competitor-trouncing power. Operative word: alluding.

Chevrolet Teams With Spotify...What is Spotify?

Chevrolet Will Introduce the Sonic in 2012

Over the past couple of years, Chevrolet has been redefining their brand, manufacturing smaller, more efficient vehicles rather than gas-guzzling trucks and SUVs. The first small car to hit showroom floors, evidencing their efforts to re-brand their identity was the Cruze in 2010. And, the overhaul continues today with the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic.

The all-new Chevy Sonic subcompact is expected to be available in the form of both a four-door sedan and five-door hatchback. It will be the one and only subcompact produced in America. Specifically, it will be run on the production line at GM's Orion plant in…
