Chevrolet Targets Small City Shoppers

General Motors already produces some of the highest quality sedans, trucks and utility vehicles in the United States. "Chevy Runs Deep" in the hearts and minds of those who love American engineering and vehicles like the newly redesigned Chevrolet Malibu, hitting dealership lots next year.

 

But North America is just the beginning - Chevrolet is taking on small town shoppers not only in the US, but also overseas.

 

In China, the new Chevrolet Baojun 630 will come with a starting price between $9,758 and $11,467, This vehicle will target "consumers in China's second-and-third-tier cities initially," GM said in a statement. Chevy's Baojun 630 comes equipped with a 1.5 liter engine. It is the first of a series of models planned to launch in the coming years, combining General Motors' technology and China's low cost manufacturing.1
